Are you accepting new clients? 
I’m no longer accepting new clients at this time.


Do you accept insurance? 

I do not bill insurance and am an out-of-network provider. You may be able to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company for services from out-of-network providers. In that case, I will be able to provide a "superbill" for reimbursement.


What are your fees?
50-minute sessions are $200.


What's your cancellation policy?

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled within the 48-hour window or no-shows to appointments will be charged the full session fee.


How long will therapy last?

That varies based on your goals, treatment plan, and how effectively we work together. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (4-12 sessions), while others like to remain in long-term therapy. We'll check in regularly to talk about what works for you.


What happens if I don't feel like I'm moving forward?

Our work together will begin with a discussion of your goals and expectations related to therapy. Over time, we'll check in about these goals and together, evaluate your progress. We can discuss things that may need to change in order to help you reach your goals.
